This role will be supporting the CX organization at one of TEKsystems largest automotive clients. This team is growing substantially and they are adding to their team! These Digital Program Managers should have an interest in working on a-lot of different types of projects as they will not solely be hired for one thing. Our client is in the process of building out a design studio where their Digital Program Managers will work across several different products. Some examples would be, HMI, Mobile, Web, Connected vehicle & in-car experience products (think in the touchscreen of the vehicle), voice integration, etc. Potential candidates should come from a digital background and have experience and interest in supporting mostly B2C projects. This is an exciting area that has a-lot of opportunity for candidates who are looking for a challenge and environment that offers a variety of projects! The initial area this DPM will support is the eCommerce workstream. A glance at how the client views this role: Design Ops is the secret sauce - They are the dot connectors that understand design and how it gets done. They are good communicators, with an ability to turn ideas into action. They lead. They manage projects and programs and help to execute strategic priorities for design leadership within GM.
