PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Employee Dining Room (EDR) Assistant Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Grotto Chef in providing a healthy, fresh selection of hot and cold food menu items to the Deer Valley team members with the same care and attention we give to our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES:
