The Role

Mission:

Ready to make an impact? Love to take on any operational challenge and get a kick out of optimizing processes and connecting with people? Then join the Power Technique Service Division, where you work closely with customers, get loads of exciting possibilities, and have your initiatives realized.

As Business Process Expert Service NASA it's your responsibility to develop service processes, increase adoption and share best practices in the NASA region.

You will report to the Process Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibility:

This role includes but is not limited to the following activities:




  • Define and analyze service processes in collaboration with service experts, local management and the divisional management.
  • Bring expertise and best practices to the customer centers to ensure service processes are set up to run optimally
  • Build/maintain a community to keep all key users informed on updates and changes (in collaboration with other business process experts)
  • Capture local business requirements and translate them into global process specifications. Do not limit yourself to the act! system but look at the E2E processes and work closely together with business process experts within other steams, BA's and systems.
  • Take up responsibility for a limited number of customer centers as Single Point of Contact to the local management team and divisional management team to report on overall status.

    • Perform on site service process and efficiency assessments at customer centers and cooperate to improve adoption
    • Make sure the operational development meeting actions are executed within the CC's
    • Implement new functionalities within the customer center.
    • Boast customer centers to reach their operations KPI's, identify the gaps and support customer centers where needed.


  • Be the global expert and project lead in certain functional areas.
  • Align with product owner act! and Business Process Managers on requirements and priorities.
  • Help and trouble shoot user's question by doing thorough analysis

Experience:




  • You enjoy working in a global environment
  • You have a profound knowledge of functional/technical analysis of systems
  • We rely on your expertise in writing clear specifications
  • You're a true project manager and get a kick out of process improvement
  • Clearly mapping processes is what you do best



Education:




  • Preferably, you have a university degree in applied or commercial Engineering, business administration or information technology (IT). Or you've gained experience in a similar environment.

  • You combine good communication skills, with an analytical out-of-the-box mindset
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and a pragmatic approach to new challenges
  • You are result oriented with a self-motivating personality.

  • You are willing to travel on a regular basis.

  • The candidate shall have excellent command of English and other languages are an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP (experience in act!) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL is an advantage
