The Merchandising Reset Supervisor's main priorities are leading a team of Seasonal Reset Merchandisers, along with the planning and execution of VIP/Chain resets and cooler deliveries. The Merchandising Reset Supervisor will also be responsible for the hiring of a Seasonal workforce along with the coaching and development of their respective teams. The Merchandising Reset Supervisor will be accountable for managing labor hours within a set budget. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: minimum experience and qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, planogram and/or DSD experience including proven track record of a clear accountability for sales, merchandising, and store execution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Preferred understanding of Spring data system and other IT systems Must be at least 21 years old PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS DOT medical card Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
