Description

We have an opening for a Credit Card Specialist on our Loan Servicing team in our Downtown location. This role is primarily responsible for the servicing of Credit Cards as part of the Loan Service Center. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in setting up accounts, performing maintenance, and will lend support to the overall daily operations of Credit Card servicing.

Location: Tower East - 5th Fl, 601 W 1st Ave, Spokane, WA, 99201.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. This role is open to a hybrid work schedule that includes both remote and onsite work upon completion of training.

Essential Functions



  • Ensures all necessary information and documents are received for new credit cards
  • May work with bank personnel or customer to obtain missing information
  • Accurately inputs new credit cards into system
  • Ensures credibility of the credit card system by accurately performing all maintenance entries necessary
  • Enters and balances monetary transactions as necessary
  • Researches and processes disputes, chargeback, fraud, and lost/stolen transactions
  • Responds to bank personnel and customer inquiries as needed providing high quality customer service
  • Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations


Job Requirements



  • Demonstrated accuracy in working with detailed data in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a loan servicing or administrative environment is desired
  • Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and general loan servicing, as well as bank, federal, and state policies and requirements is desired
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilize systems and applications
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work projects to meet deadlines


Pay Range:

Loan Servicing Specialist II- $18.26 - $27.42

Loan Servicing Specialist III- $21.64 - $32.46

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
