Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:
Professional, top-level assistance in checking in our guests for our International Annual Meeting, manning the registration desk, assist packing/ unpacking boxes of marketing items, placing/organizing name cards and signs, guiding some guests to 3rd-floor meeting rooms, helping with reception set-up, take-down, etc.

Work Schedule March 25 10am-6pm, March 26 7:30a-6p, March 27 7:30a-5p
Other Work/Responsibilities
Breakfast & lunch will be provided the 2nd & 3rd day of the 3-day event.
Parking will be provided all 3 days.
Minimum Experience/Education
High school diploma or equivalency.
