Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

The Change Delivery - Business Planning and Support Consultant Strategic Initiatives position provides support for the strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of business process enhancements and improvements required to drive scale and meet Bank objectives. Works directly with leadership, team leaders. Internal business partners and stakeholders to project manage, implement business processes and initiatives along with resource and financial management that will enable the business unit to increase and enhance production, while satisfying financial, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy - Supports current plans, processes, and requirements that identify factors negatively affecting the business units. Aids in the delivery of strategies and solutions that address identifies issues, coordinating business efforts to achieve success. Provides support in internal communications for the business.
  • Project Management - Supports and Leads projects, serving as a resource to the business unit or organization. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex mattes. Aids in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors.
  • Reporting - Produces reports based on analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and tracks effectiveness of implemented enhancements. Creates specifications, project plans, and other documentation in support of business initiatives.
  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs data analysis, effectively communicates and providing analysis output.
  • Change Management - Assesses, plans and delivers change management activities to support business leaders driving change.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMP, or Prosci) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or change manager, with a proven track record in supporting transformation or digital transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience building workstreams and delivery structures that ensure transformation projects are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across business functions, technology, and senior management
  • Workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, and requirements documentation.
  • Expert ability to conduct risk and impact assessments.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services, with experience in process reengineering and business transformation projects.
  • Expertise in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis, and change management.
  • Working understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity, PlanView, or similar).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of Agile project delivery (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience establishing and leading adoption of best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Other Qualifications

  • Certification is Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or project management (e.g. PMP) or Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
  • Experience with digital banking platforms, core banking systems, CRM, or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or customer experience platforms.

If hired in Raleigh, North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $97,364 and $129,818. If hired in New Jersey the base pay for this position is generally between $111,955 and $149,273. If hired in New York the base pay for this position is generally between $107,114 and $142,818. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
