UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Staff Technical Writer opportunities inAlbuquerque, NM. Scope of Work Shall provide unclassified and classified communication services support, in the production of writing as it relates to publications, exhibits, multimedia, and presentation services on an as-needed basis. The subcontractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, and delivery services necessary to fulfill the necessary Statement of Work. Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple SDRs, delivering excellent customer service. The writer must possess the ability to create cohesive, structured documents based on the input from multiple authors; and must have experience of being responsible for all facets of technical writing including structure, format, and organization of the document. Proficiency with software programs, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, is required. Support technical meetings, support project reviews, and collection and management of records decisions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse groups, produce products with short lead time, and work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum Qualifications Required BA or BS in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years of relevant writing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
