Job Description Chief of CastBond Technology Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid working) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Castbond team as Chief of Technology. As Chief of CastBond Technology, you will lead the technical & operational development activity of an advance turbine cooling system on behalf of the business. You will be the overall technical authority across the total supply chain, and will lead all industrialization activities through technology readiness level 6 to ensure that the method of manufacture is capable of meeting the requirements of product and business in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery Rate & Leadtime (SQCD). The role includes leadership of the development center located in Indianapolis, with a team of up to 40 technical and operational staff with accountability for all associated management processes.
