Job Description The Service Desk Analyst effectively responds to phone and online inquiries for assistance with the company's computer and IT systems/applications to identify, troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues while aiming to eliminate recurrences. This position requires occasional Saturday availbility as well as on-call responsibilities on rotation. This position is in the Corporate Office in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities
Rapidly respond to online and phone inquiries from properties
