Seneca Holdings is seeking aProject Control Specialist. The Project Control Specialist will assist the Team with various Project Control functions to include:



  • Prepare detailed Project Setup Requests in accordance with contract awards and internal Project Control processes.
  • Prepare Billing Requests, monitor unbilled costs, and compile back-up documentation.
  • Enter Purchase Orders in Costpoint as required.
  • Track various project and cost data as needed.
  • Maintain project files to include contracts, project setup files, billing requests, purchase orders and all other relevant documentation.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications (Education and Skills)



  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business disciplines
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a budgeting, finance, or project control related field
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications with emphasis on MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
