Inside Sales Representative

Position Details:

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (with bonus opportunities every 6 months based on company performance)
• Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
• Location: Bon Air, AL

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, order requests, and follow-up on sales leads
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and build a strong customer base
• Provide accurate pricing quotes, negotiate terms, and manage client expectations
• Offer excellent customer service by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions over the phone and via email
• Use CAD software to assist customers with technical drawings, read blueprints, and assemble parts
• Measure and interpret using a tape measure to ensure accuracy in product orders and deliveries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a warehouse environment
• Basic proficiency with computer software (email, Excel, shipping tools)
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to use a tape measure and understand measurements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on providing solutions
