Warehouse Manager

This hands-on role will have you overseeing warehouse operations, driving production goals, and leading a dedicated team to success. Position Details:

• Shift: 6 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)
• Pay: $21 - $23 per hour (based on experience)
• Location: Bon Air, AL

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage logistics and fleet operations to guarantee timely deliveries and inventory management
• Implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands during peak seasons
• Oversee shipping operations, including LTL freight organization, and ensure accurate packing slips
• Maintain quality control and audit processes to minimize errors and improve efficiency
• Use basic computer skills (email, Excel, shipping software) to track and manage orders

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to sit, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, shipping software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
