Description Our client is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialists to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidates will be responsible for completing office tasks as assigned and ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data. Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this role. Duration: 3-6 months Location: Irving, TX (100% onsite) Pat Rate: $30-40 an hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Perform office tasks as directed by the supervisor, including: Entering data from images into designated applications. Maintaining and tracking To-Do lists in Excel. Taking meeting notes and minutes. Following detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately. Ensure data entry is completed with speed and accuracy. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 2+ years of proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles. 2+ years of proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and tasks. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
