Overview

This position works with the DVP and VP to identify market trends and new install opportunities. Meets with the selected market managers and sales force to introduce and inform on how the program works and the benefits to the builder and 84 Lumber associates. Also meets with potential customers and vendors to build data base for all aspects of the program, and training and implementing all P&P in the market.

Qualifications

Increase install sales by monitoring existing programs for efficiency and work with the store Install Manager to negotiate subcontractor pricing, reduce 84 liability and educate customer on 84 install quality

Interview, hire, and train installed sales associates by showing them how to properly adhere to quality assurance procedure and educating them on proper contract implementation and safety standards

Assist with identifying qualified installers and assist THQ with payment of subcontractors

Monitor P&L's, conduct operation audits, and ensure material and labor is properly coded

Conduct site visits to identify any issues that could affect, safety, profitability, liability, and customer relationships
