As an intern with Mutual of Omaha, you'll get a hands-on experience on how a Fortune 500 company runs its day-to-day business. Learn from our experts about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices. Brainstorm, share ideas, and sharpen your critical thinking abilities while working on enterprise-level ESG initiatives.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Hourly Wage: $20.00
Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Become familiar with ESG and Social Impact practices and initiatives.
Assist with data collection and analysis related to ESG programs across the enterprise.
Conduct research on ESG trends, frameworks, and industry benchmarks.
Build strong relationships with internal and external business customers related to ESG projects.
Under direct supervision, assists with project coordination and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

We're looking for students who are enrolled in a degree program related to Communications, Marketing or Business both before and after the internship.
A highly collaborative nature, along with the ability to work independently to manage your projects and hit key deadlines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skilled in verbal and written communication, and human relations.
You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
