Do you have a flair for customer service and a love for the game of golf? UNM Golf Courses is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Associates (CSAs). Whether you're assisting a first-time visitor or a seasoned golfer, every day offers a new opportunity to make a lasting impression. Our courses are buzzing with energy all year round, offering an 18-hole Championship Course just south of UNM's campus and a 9-hole North Course just north of UNM Hospital. As a CSA, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf courses, from processing transactions for green fees, memberships, and merchandise to answering customer questions and maintaining inventory. You'll help keep the pro shop running efficiently while providing exceptional service to golfers of all levels. We're looking for someone who:

UNM Golf Courses are open 363 days a year, from sunrise to sunset, only closing for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and inclement weather days. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
