As an Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling conflicts (including urgent and unforeseen circumstances) and preparing necessary materials for meetings.

  • Arranging travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, plan logistics, and preparing expense reports.

  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external auditors and providing requested documentation.

  • Providing administrative support to Board Members as needed.

  • Scheduling board and committee meetings, creating the annual board committee calendar, preparing the necessary documents, and contacting the board members for information as appropriate.

  • Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding Board Members.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Paralegal certification

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

  • Have 7+ years administrative experience supporting legal executives and/Boards of Directors

  • Have advanced technological skills and digital literacy

  • Be highly skilled in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Have professional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to leadership and upper level management

  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams
