We are currently hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support for a variety of HR projects and initiatives related to the employment lifecycle. In conjunction with members of Rho's Employee Experience team and business unit representatives, you will support areas such as benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, leave/accommodation requests, data analytics, employee relations and HR compliance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout Rho and with key external contacts.

Responsibilities

    In conjunction with the Head of HR Operations, manage the administration of benefits by responding to benefits inquiries, supporting annual renewals, facilitating annual Open Enrollment and completing compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and manage personnel files including creation and issuing of documents in line with local regulations and company guidelines.
  • Keep HR data and HRIS database current.
  • Compile HR data, such as headcount and turnover data to generate company metrics and support RFI requests
  • Review new hire and exit surveys; compile data for regular review to identify trends
  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience team on the new hire onboarding experience and conduct orientation sessions
  • Support the Employee Experience team with employee relations.
  • Support specific HR projects and tasks, and work with HR leadership to identify new programs and initiatives to meet company needs
  • Interpret company policies and answer related questions.
  • Ensure HR's internal website is kept up to date with forms, processes, etc.
  • In conjunction with the Employee Experience team, support the company's HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner, including responding to email and other communication requests in a timely fashion
  • Take initiative to complete project-specific responsibilities with minimal supervision


Qualifications

  • Requires BA/BS Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant and preferred education and/or work experience.
  • PHR or other HR certification is strongly preferred. Experience using ADP is preferred.
  • Experience with benefits administration is preferred.
  • Tech savvy with extensive knowledge of how social media, networking and rapidly developing technologies can be used to support HR initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho's.
