Acara Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity
Fully remote with occasional trips to home office located in Dallas TX
Target base salary: $68,000
Commission structure (Up to 30K)
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative at will manage and grow an assigned book of business while acquiring new customers. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. The position is key in managing accounts, generating leads, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Retain and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Address inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Target and engage potential customers through lead generation tools, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain an organized pipeline, and monitor market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Director of Inside Sales and teams to align strategies, support integrated sales campaigns, and provide feedback for sales process improvement.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in sales or account management, preferably in B2B or inside sales. Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, proactive approach to goals, and a customer-focused mindset
