ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Sr. Manager of Customer Programs will lead the development and implementation of strategic health care provider (HCP) thought leadership initiatives to support Inspire's peer to peer education strategy. This key role will lead a team and focus on development of teaching centers and expanding program offerings to increase recognition of Inspire as a standard of care for qualified patients. This role will have the responsibility of building new programs, leading a team, and will report to the Director of Medical Education.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Lead and develop team of motivated medical education staff and assure execution to the current plans and programs
  • Identify new opportunities to improve education programs, program management, and productivity within the medical education team
  • Develop and execute national a peer-to-peer skills-based training program for ENT and Sleep Physicians
  • Expand on current HCP offerings and identify unmet program needs
  • Build resources, such as presentation tools, and teach KOLs how to communicate to their peers about Inspire in a way that is compelling and easy to act on to help patients.
  • Coordinate with sales team to develop a process to keep Inspire communication with about medical education streamlines and consistent.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering required.
  • Minimum of 8 years in medical education experience or equivalent
  • Medical KOL program and communications experience
  • Minimum of 3 years as a senior product manager or marketing manager in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Experience with new medical technologies is preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently, including weekends

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business preferred.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($140,000 - $200,000) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
