The Loan Quality Control Specialist will review all new and renewal loans post boarding and funding, for approval, completeness and accuracy including but not limited to Consumer, CRE, C&I, Participation, Syndication and Small Business. Performs a wide variety of tasks related to quality control servicing of loans according to established policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines thus ensuring overall quality and integrity of the Bank's Loan portfolio. Activities require knowledge of credit approvals, loan documentation and loan systems. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

The expected starting range for this role is $27.00-$34.00 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.
