Finance Manager, G&A Locations - Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio TX Level: Individual Contributor About the team The G&A Finance team is part of Cloudflare's FP&A and Business Operations org, responsible for enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. We partner across G&A functions-including Legal, People, IT, and Finance-to drive strategic decisions and help scale operations in a high-growth environment. We're not just number crunchers-we're business partners who shape how Cloudflare invests and operates. About the role We're looking for a high-performing Finance Manager to join our G&A Finance team. In this role, you'll work directly with Cloudflare's CFO, CLO, CIO, CPO, and other senior leaders to support critical decision-making across our corporate functions. This is more than just reporting the numbers-you'll build models that guide investment strategy, improve operational efficiency, and help shape how the business scales. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to grow into a trusted advisor. What you'll do Partner with senior G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CIO, CPO) to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and resource allocation. Build and maintain financial models that drive strategy, planning, and investment decisions. Deliver clear and actionable financial insights through monthly reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews. Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and flux analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting. Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that support our rapid growth. Work cross-functionally with FP&A teams supporting GTM, R&D, and Product to ensure alignment and holistic financial planning. Contribute to long-range planning and annual operating plan development for G&A functions. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles; ideally with 3+ years as a Financial Analyst Experience in high-growth, public SaaS or multinational environments preferred Strong operational mindset with a passion for process optimization, execution, and scale Intellectually curious with a problem-solving orientation-ability to break down complex issues and build data-driven solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable playing "up and down the stack"-can zoom in on data accuracy and process detail, while also supporting leadership-level discussions Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; brings structure and prioritization without being told what to do Advanced Excel / Google Sheets required; strong modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation capabilities Familiarity with Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, and Tableau a plus Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in finance/accounting a plus but not required Why this role?
