Global SDR Campaigns Manager (Inbound/Outbound)

Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced SDR Campaigns Manager to join our Sales Development team!

Reporting:

Global Head Sales Development, Global Sales

Location: North America (eastern time zone preferred)

SDR OUTREACH CONTENT STRATEGIST

  • Will be responsible for the entire SDR Outreach library and content strategy for their respective geo/BU.
  • Will write Sequences, Templates, and Snippets following best practices, ensuring high conversion rates and low unsubscribes.
  • Will audit content over time to ensure messaging, links, attachments, etc are up to date and relevant.
  • Will manage libraries, collections, and smart views for all SDR Outreach content.
  • Will work with stakeholders to add additional content to Outreach when needed (Marketing snippets for example, like whitepaper attachments SDRs can leverage).

TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

  • Will coach on best practices including SDR content writing, Outreach sequence structure/tactics, and working cross-functionally with Marketing/Sales/etc.
  • Will be responsible for strategically working with geo-based and global SDR managers, as well as Marketing teams, on broader team strategy.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring team is following proper cadence, generating high-quality content deliverables, and meeting timelines weekly, monthly and quarterly.

SDR CAMPAIGNS STAKE HOLDER ALIGNMENT

  • Will work with demand marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, take-off teams, sales, sales operations and SDR leaders on campaign requests.
  • Will manage monthly and quarterly SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritization of campaigns and updates to stakeholders.
  • Will partner with the SDR Leadership team to ensure alignment, and that deliverables from ecosystem or self are progressing on time towards launch dates.
  • Will team up with SDR Operations to ensure campaigns and messaging are targeted at the right personas/accounts, as well as to ensure campaigns are measurable and that we improve campaign conversion to discovery meetings QoQ.
  • Will ensure all inbound marketing leads also have "Recommended Outreach Sequences" associated with them.
  • Will work with marketing teams to ensure new/custom Outreach content is created when appropriate for certain new Marketing programs.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Technology Requirements: high command on Outreach Administration, LinkedIn, and SF CRM
  • Required Qualities: High operational command of SDR role (the art and science of prospecting deep vs wide), detail oriented, creative mindset, high proficiency with written communication skills, solid understanding of how SDR/Marketing/Sales collaborate in an Account-Based Selling motion vs velocity/high transaction model.
  • Work Experience requirement- SDR Manager experience, SDR Campaigns experience, Outreach administration.

  • Range $70,000 Minimum - $90,000 Maximum plus bonus.

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
