Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities upon hiring, however, potential direct reports are a possibility. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to count and record findings. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crouching, carrying items, crawling, and climbing all day. The team member may have to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40-50 hours per week. This position starts at $18/hr, with an expected salaried range of $18-$24/hr. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday: 6am-4pm, with Friday overtime scheduled to meet production demands as required. Overtime is a mandatory requirement on Fridays: 6am-2pm or 6am-4pm as needed.
