Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra is looking for a Provider Enrollment Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Provider Enrollment Supervisor, your role involves overseeing daily provider network and recruitment operations keeping internal databases updated, and maintaining information integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant and open communication with payer representatives to ensure that providers enroll correctly.
  • Respond to inquiries and clarify requirements.
  • Maintain multiple internal and external databases to keep track of provider and payer enrollment data.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Establish protocols and minimize potential revenue delays or losses as the main point of contact for providers going through the provider enrollment process.
  • Keep application information up to date in the organization's system.
  • Manage information and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure that the program's services meet or exceed contract deliverables.
  • Meet mandatory deadlines.
  • Manage a team of up to 15

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5 plus years working in a billing, health insurance, physician practice, or equivalent operations environment.
  • 3 plus years of provider enrollment experience.
  • 1 year of managing or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of provider enrollment requirements for government agencies, payor organizations, and insurance regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new software programs.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Field base provider recruitment/relations experience
  • Equity and Diversity Training or Experience
  • Bilingual (any)
  • Network adequacy standards
  • CMS standards
  • Knowledge of CLAS/CLSS standards for providers
  • Experience working with OHA provider network
