Sr. Advisor
Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position:



  • Serve as a senior-level expert and advisor within the agency, providing end-to-end planning and integration to address the needs of the Warfighter.



  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans, recommendations, and guidance to support Department of Defense (DOD) Staffs.



  • Act as a communication interface between senior government officials and industry leaders to ensure alignment of objectives.



  • Identify strategic and operational requirements impacting Joint and Army Staff operations.



  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable recommendations to help agencies meet their strategic goals and objectives effectively.



  • Operate as a subject-matter expert in multinational, interagency, joint, and service-unique environments.



  • Provide specialized knowledge and support to specific client communities.



  • Lead or participate in working groups, program development forums, analytical activities, readiness exercises, and training initiatives.



  • Contribute to education efforts and other forums aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.



  • Facilitate site preparation, testing, installation, and fielding of materiel development products.



  • Ensure seamless integration and operational readiness of deployed systems.



  • Provide technical and operational expertise to ensure training products meet established requirements.



  • Support the development and implementation of training solutions that fulfill organizational needs.





Job Requirements:




  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and integration at the agency level.



  • Proven ability to interface effectively with senior government and industry stakeholders.



  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in identifying and addressing operational requirements.



  • Experience working in multinational, interagency, and joint environments.



  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in collaborative forums, training, and program development.



  • Technical proficiency in facilitating deployment and fielding of materiel products.



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Active Secret Clearance required.
