How you will contribute:

Utilize your project management and relationship-building expertise to successfully oversee mechanical projects across Upper Michigan and Northern Wisconsin. You'll lead and coordinate the entire project team including foremen ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Responsibilities include performing preliminary estimates, preparing material and equipment pricing, and sourcing competitive vendors and services. While the majority of your time will focus on managing mechanical projects, you'll also contribute by developing estimates for both new and existing customer projects.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most out of your, at minimum,three plus years of related mechanicalcommercial construction experience, strong sales and business acumen. Experience should be either acollege degree in a related engineering field and local construction experience or equivalent from field experience. Must have excellent communication, customer service, computerand organizational skills; as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
