Job Description JOB SUMMARY Paid Social Media Specialist has 1+ years of experience in Paid Social Media marketing. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical experience a plus. Specialists support the day-to-day management of paid social efforts for client brands. They are responsible for building ads and activating paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. They are responsible for supporting Paid Social Media activities for clients, including planning, analyzing, reporting, and optimizations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Campaign Development: Build and regularly optimize paid social campaigns, QA assets, mock-up creatives, and pull data as needed. Reporting: Pull and organize paid social to write performance insights and assists in recommending optimizations that align with client goals JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is preferred EXPERIENCE 1+ years' experience in paid social required and experience healthcare/pharma preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Experience working with paid social platforms, with Meta being the most important * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Power Point COMPETENCIES STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING This Job Description is not a contract of employment but serves as a reference for your mutual understanding of the terms and conditions associated with the position.
