MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience:



  • Experience working in a Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing Stan/Eval office preferred.
  • Experience working with PEX/GTIMS or similar proprietary Stan/Eval programs.


Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate with training officers, squadron aviation resource management, UDM, and operations officers to build schedules for operations, qualification, upgrades, and training.
  • Ensure mission commander and flight supervisors are informed of schedule updates.
  • De-conflict schedules and mitigate operational risk by aligning aircrew experience with sortie requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems such as PEX, GTIMS, GDSS II, and ARMS.
  • Generate reports, including evaluation status, testing trends, and check-ride schedules, to support leadership decision-making.
  • Administer and track aircrew testing, evaluations, and training requirements in accordance with Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
  • Manage and update technical orders, flight crew information files (FCIFs), and other standardized reference materials.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of evaluation eligibility and oversee compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Determine flight, ground, and simulator schedule requirements for upgrade, initial qualification, requalification, transition, currency, and continuation training based on syllabus requirements, student progression, weather, and daily equipment/training range availability.
  • Perform incidental or administrative duties as required and assigned.
