What You'll DoAs HR Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees and organization through:

Employee Support & Development



  • Guide employees through benefits enrollment and address their questions
  • Support employee training and development programs
  • Help managers with hiring, onboarding, and team development
  • Conduct leadership training for supervisors and managers


HR Administration



  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Process employee information in our HR system (ADP)
  • Coordinate with payroll team on timesheet processing
  • Handle personnel changes and updates


Safety & Compliance



  • Manage workplace safety programs and training
  • Coordinate incident reporting and investigations
  • Lead our Safe From Harm program
  • Participate in Safety Committee meetings
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations


What You'll Need



  • Associate degree plus 2 years of HR or business management experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy


Helpful Experience (Not Required)



  • Office management background
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations
  • Experience with ADP or similar HR systems
