Mortgage Loan Partner - Bilingual

Flexible Work Arrangement: 1 days on-site in Columbus, Ohio; 4 days remote.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Order Tax Transcripts for applicable loans
• Coordinate loan documents between borrower, lender and mortgage operations areas for compliant processing of applications
• Obtain and fulfill outstanding underwriter conditions ensuring information is accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Record/upload documents in file manager accurately and in a timely manner
• Document Conversation logs
• Coordinate necessary homeowner insurance documentation
• Order Data Verify and clear any conditions
• Manage outstanding title work, appraisals, and/or surveys to expedite completion
• Manage Conditional Approval pipeline
• Order IBTS and Structural Inspections and oversee status of progress on all applicable loans
• Place all Government Reservation for applicable loans
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum Years of Specialization Experience - 0-2 Years
