Position Description
Assists other technicians in maintaining all electric distribution equipment, all electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems/subsystems in a state of operational readiness.
Essential Job Tasks:
Assists senior technicians in installation, calibration, and testing new electrical equipment or existing equipment modifications.Assists in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of station instrumentation, pneumatic systems, and control systems.Assists in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of power distribution equipment, motors, and associated control equipment.Assists in the tuning, inspection and repair of environmental monitoring equipment.Completes work order documentation including work performed, labor required, and materials used.Follows job plans to complete basic preventative maintenance on electrical and pneumatic systems.Maintains a 24-hour/day availability during rotating on-call shifts.Maintains 24-hour/day availability for emergency work at night, on weekends and holidays as needed.Complies with all corporate safety requirements.Wears appropriate PPE at all times.Completes all safety and OSHA training requirements on time.Adheres to clearance procedures.

Compensation Information:
$21.55 - $26.90 (min. - mid.)
Technician B
High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience.A thorough knowledge of operations, electrical theory, and repair techniques of complex electronic and pneumatic control equipment is requiredMust be able to enter confined spaces, work at elevations above and below grade, accommodate overtime and on-call status as safely and reliably as possible.
Compensation Information:
$26.45 - $33.05 (min. - mid.)
Technician A
High School Diploma/GED + 5 years experience.A thorough knowledge of operations, electrical theory, and repair techniques of complex electronic and pneumatic control equipment is requiredMust be able to enter confined spaces, work at elevations above and below grade, accommodate overtime and on-call status as safely and reliably as possible.
Compensation Information:
$36.25 - $45.20 (min. - mid.)
