Job Summary:
The Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator (Administrative Assistant III) to help oversee and manage all the onboarding responsibilities for the Department. This position will work closely with the Associate Department Administrator, section supervisors and administrative assistants during the onboarding of new faculty, staff and non-accredited fellows. In addition, the Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support for the business operations within the department. Responsibilities: Provides general administrative support, while exercising discretion, to the administrator of a department or division of the institution or to the administrator of multiple institution programs, services, and activities.
