Overall Purpose: Under general supervision, tracks and manages the organization's hardware and software technology assets across the ITAM lifecycle. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the organization's IT Asset Management policies, processes, and procedures as well as ensure adherence to all corporate or regulatory compliance standards and requirements. Essential Functions:
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and other IT assets through inventory audits
- Ensure accuracy of the IT Asset repository for hardware assets across the organization
- Track hardware and software assets as they navigate through the various stages of the asset lifecycle including requests, procurement, receiving, deployments, moves/add/changes, break/fix, reclamation, retirement, and disposal
- Fulfill purchases of peripherals and supplies through approved systems and vendors
- Promptly receive incoming inventory and maintain an impeccable workspace
- Manage the receipt of hardware including inspection, validation, and shipment tracking
- Partner with desktop services and engineering to prep/build/configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new hires, break/fix, and upgrades
- Prepare laptops, mobile devices and/or accessories for shipment to remote team members
- Ensure stock is maintained with the items needed to keep employees productive
- Facilitate the asset reclamation process for employee separations
- Facilitate the compiling of decommissioned hardware asset data and prepare assets for donations or decommission/destruction in coordination with third-party disposal services
- Manage the receipt, storage and assignment of software license keys and executables as well as maintenance of vendor's software licensing portals
- Monitor overall software license entitlements including current utilization, periodic reconciliation, and software reclamations
- Performs periodic software license reviews, true-ups, and internal audits to assess current software risks and compliance posture of the organization
- Define, review, and maintain the approved hardware and software lists and IT Asset Catalog
- Maintain ITAM training documentation and provide process knowledge and support to stakeholder teams
- Suggest ways to improve processes and solve problems
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
- Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends and strategies.
- Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to IT Asset Management processes, procedures and services.
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, inventory mgmt. or related fields.
- Understanding of common IT platforms and technologies (i.e. Windows, Linux, Virtualization, Networking, Telecom, leading Business Applications).
- Proven experience in managing hardware and software assets at an enterprise level and/or in a high security environment.
- Skillset and/or knowledge of leading ITAM and IT Service Management toolsets.
- Understanding of common audit, compliance, and regulatory standards related to hardware and software asset management.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate risk as it relates to the business.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and ability to work with minimal supervision are required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, effective negotiating skills, and demonstrated ability to work collectively in planning and implementing change.
- Must be US Citizen or US National only.
- Background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in related field preferred (i.e. Management Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, etc.).
- Prior Financial Services and/or FinTech industry experience.
- Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) / IAITAM.
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) / IAITAM.
- ITIL Foundations or higher-level certification
Physical Requirements Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation. Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work will require standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching to identify asset information on fixed hardware. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers. The pay scale for this position in: Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $31.25/hr. - $36.06/hr.
