CAS is currently seeking a Technology Asset Management Analyst. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Duties:



  • Establish relationships with internal customers, including Technology, Purchasing, Finance and Legal.
  • Work with application owners to provide current state of software applications with proposed recommendations for upgrades or upcoming changes.
  • Assist with vendor compliance audits.
  • Maintain records in asset management system of agreements, open/in-process requests, license counts, and other pertinent lifecycle vendor data.
  • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers by providing timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and training internal staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule device refreshes to ensure timely return of old device.
  • Reclaim equipment and ensure asset records are updated as staff separate.
  • Complete asset disposal with BIOS removal.
  • Ability to lead standard projects for physical hardware inventory audits, including the planning, coordination, and review findings of missing or unknown assets, and update Asset Management system with results.
  • Experience in purchasing and negotiations with suppliers is desirable.
  • Experience in understanding contract terms and providing redline review of business issues.


Job Qualifications:



  • College degree (relevant field) or equivalent experience; minimum of 4 years of related experience; an advanced degree may be substituted for work experience.
  • Proficiency with critical thinking skills and ability to work independently to complete tasks
  • Understanding of software license, SaaS and hardware related terminology
  • Experience with technology asset management solutions highly desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Experience with one or more of the following is highly desired but not required: PeopleSoft, Basware, Ivanti, contract and vendor management software
