Position Summary |
The Continuing Education Administrative Specialist at the
UGA Small Business Development Center (
SBDC) is responsible for the coordination and administration of continuing education programs, with a focus on statewide scheduling and online programming. The role ensures seamless operation of registration systems and webinar platforms, both internally and externally, and provides administrative and customer service support. Additionally, the specialist is tasked with training support staff on continuing education (CE) processes and procedures, maintaining compliance with
SBA and
UGA standards, and providing detailed reporting and analysis of program performance. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
Previous experience in administrative support or customer service, particularly in education or event coordination. |

- Ensure staff is well-versed in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and maintaining program standards.
