Position Description
The Regulatory Administration Specialist is primarily responsible for the effective document collection, internal evaluation, and regulatory submission and communication, where required, for the Company's product commercialization, facility modification, and marketing/advertising workstreams. The Regulatory Administration Specialist works closely with the Compliance Managers to drive the successful regulatory performance of the Company's licensed facilities.
This is a full time exempt position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Aids in the commercialization of new cannabis products, facility modifications, and marketing initiatives in coordination with stakeholder departments by helping to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
    • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the assigned regulatory processes across the business including but not limited to marketing, supply chain, quality, procurement, and facility operations.
    • Conducts internal reviews and provides feedback on packaging, labeling, product hardware, facility modifications, marketing and advertising materials, community events, ancillary merchandise, and other related needs.
    • Prepares, reviews, and submits required documentation to appropriate regulatory agencies as they apply to product commercialization, facility modifications, and marketing/advertising projects.
    • Actively monitors projects for construction, product commercialization, marketing and advertising initiative, and the status of submissions to regulatory officials.
    • Travel to permitted cultivation, processor, and dispensary locations to work closely with staff on regulatory and/or compliance matters in coordination with the Compliance Manager.
    • Assist with the drafting, reviewal, and approval of standard operating procedures.
    • Be knowledgeable of safe workplace operations including security systems and OSHA requirements where applicable.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • Must be proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Minimum of 3 years of regulatory and/or related professional experience.
    • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of regulatory operations.
    • Cannabis experience is a plus.
    • Strong written skills.
    • Must have good organizational and computer skills.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.
    • Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check.
