TTI, Inc. is looking for an IT Warehouse Systems Support III at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The IT Warehouse System Support III will provide technical support for the TTI warehouse. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining all warehouse hardware and software, and will be proactive to avoid unplanned downtime and timely resolution of IT warehouse issues. This position will coordinate with internal key stakeholders and external, third-party service providers. Expands skills in own work area within an analytical method or operational process. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within a standard operating procedure. Works with a limited degree of supervision.

ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Log, process, and resolve IT tickets (i.e. hardware, software, and installations) to ensure a satisfactory response time for warehouse operations.
  • Provides direct, technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Mitigates concerns for escalated callers when appropriate to de-escalate.
  • Escalates issues to Warehouse Systems Supervisor based on events to ensure user's needs are met.
  • Provides a High Level of customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Ensures timely response to incidents by following up and updating tickets with relevant and accurate information as incidents are reported.
  • Documents and tracks incident status until closed or resolved while keeping upper management informed of the status.
  • Ensures Warehouse Support procedures are appropriately documented by assisting with updating the ServiceNow Knowledgebase articles as needed as well as leading the efforts in creating and maintaining current knowledge base articles.
  • Works on warehouse and IT department projects with the Warehouse Support supervisor and assigned PMO.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' related IT support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.


SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS



  • Proficient with personal computers, printers, scanners, telephone systems, copiers and fax machines.
  • Proficient in management of print queues.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
  • Provides advanced network troubleshooting.
  • Provides advanced technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Possesses innovative thinking, problem-solving skills and can multi-task and prioritize.
  • Proficient in systems, and software remediation, possess strong customer service skills, and call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple mobile devices preferred.
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Holds self-accountable to high standards.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Remains calm under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learns quickly and is a self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills - ability to communicate with customers/peers/leadership.
  • Ability to explain processes and procedures in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
  • Demonstrates advanced active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with direct supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of printer and peripheral support.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware.
  • Strong attention to detail.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to position self to maintain computers and various network equipment in the buildings, including under desks, in the server rooms, and anywhere cabling installation and maintenance would be required for troubleshooting and optimal organizational connectivity and usage.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
