Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Program Manager to support the Interconnect New Product Development Team. The MedTech Interconnect New Product Development Team in Costa Mesa supports new product development, product launch and industrialization ramp up. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business while supporting the MedTech industry in Southern California.

What You Will Do
* Manage program development for customer by coordinating all phases of the project from prototype to production
* Analyze, define and present recommendations to best fit customer's needs based on resources available
* Participate in the RFQ proposal process
* Maintain cost control and profitability through interaction with the accounting group, sales, and our customers
* Coordinate completion of project details such as redline drawing and review, preliminary tool design and checklist, advanced quality planning such as FMEAs, project timelines, sampling, layout and submission plans and manufacturing plans
* Organize and participate in off-site and internal customer visits to provide design for manufacturability input on new programs
* Lead teams with integrity, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
* Be prepared and willing to travel as required to support business needs and objectives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree, engineering degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years of program / project management
* Minimum 3 years of experiences in manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment
* Minimum 3 years working on New Product Introduction
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead
* PMP Certification preferred
* Experience working with custom injection molding, or closely related field

This role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
