Responsibilities The Enterprise Services Division ensures all devices, systems, and services are always available and appropriate processes and procedures are in place and well documented. Ensure that all devices managed by the GCC are operational using Government-provided tools, Contractor-developed processes, and/or manual procedures to verify managed devices for outages, performance issues, and services degradations. Develop, document, and sustain management methods for device maintenance. Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation, workflows, documentation, and processes based on Government's weekly requirements identified in eMASS supporting documentation, SOPs, and TTPs. Facilitate ticket escalation to Tier III support, DISA, or other external partners for all issues affecting services outside the scope of the GCC. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
