Your Contribution
- Enter customer orders related information into the CRM
- Input credit limits in SAP, while independently creating credit and debit notes
- Independently process various customer inquiries
- Manage customer forecasts by using SAP
- Create and track customer orders; inform customers and Sales team in case of deviations
- Update selling prices in SAP in coordination with other responsible departments; support change requests in appropriate systems
- Optimize KPI results according to the SCM process and provide support to optimize all departmental processes
- Participate and/or lead projects within area of responsibility
- Support complaints between customers and internal complaint management contacts
- Help onboard new hires
- Support "cross-company" opportunities, including, selling between pharmaceutical packaging sites
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation
- Follow Company policies
Your Profile
- High School Diploma / GED, required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, or related field, preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales or Order Processing
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes, desired
- Solid experience in MS Office and SAP, highly preferred
- Knowledge in Sales/Distribution module (SD), Customer Relationship Management module (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), desired
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing setting, preferred
- Understanding of ISO and cGMP, preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
