Job Details -
Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic plans for campus engagement. - Organize and participate in campus events, career fairs, and recruitment drives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with university faculty, staff, and students. - Represent the organization at academic forums, conferences, and seminars. - Collaborate with various internal teams to identify and create opportunities and align on campus relations efforts with talent acquisition goals. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campus relations programs by tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to campus engagement. - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholders. - Create and distribute marketing materials to promote campus relations initiatives. - Facilitate communication between the organization and educational institutions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in higher education. - Other Projects as assigned. Skills - Minimum of 3 years' experience in campus relations, recruiting, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of higher education landscape, preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in organizing and managing events. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Passion for education and fostering partnerships. - Commitment to diversity and inclusion. - Ability to travel as needed.
