Revenue Management Leader

Front-line lead of Air Product financial control and revenue management, supporting internal air operations and external customers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing, payables processing, and file closure.

Serve as a first-level escalation point for the team, ensuring that issues that are raised are resolved quickly and effectively, and communicated well to customers and other stakeholders.

The role will support department and station management in guiding and training the local air revenue management team. The role will also play a significant part in GP growth, financial reporting, profit/loss management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize Operational Activities in area of assignment, coordinate and plan day-to-day work of Specialists along with Air Revenue Management Leader or Air Station Manager.
  • Oversight of transactional operations area to include billing, cost entry, financial reporting, and follow-up of financial issues.
  • Review and Action various financial reports to ensure proper revenue management and profit share.
  • Train Specialists who are new to the company and/or role, and ensure task mastery in financial operations.
  • Safeguards proper handling of documents according to compliance regulations and internal procedures, IOP's, SOP's.
  • Facilitate and create key relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Develop air revenue management colleagues in their growth within the team.
  • Assist in all supporting processes as assigned related to air financial operations to include revenue management, compliance, claims handling, file management, system testing, and business implementation.
  • Support the team as needed and as assigned by the manager when required (i.e., peak season, heavy volumes, PTO coverage, etc.).
  • Any Other Duties as needed to meet the business needs.

Required experience & skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related business area is preferred.
  • 5 - 10+ years industry experience.
  • CargoWise experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) .
  • Customer centricity

  • Operational system knowledge
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken)

Job Type:

Full Time

Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
