The ERP (NetSuite) Administrator III that supports our Corporate business has responsibility for maintaining and optimizing our NetSuite OneWorld instance, ensuring it supports our global operations efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements, enhance user experience, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld instance that supports global operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Operations teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Partner with IT Security and Compliance teams to configure, monitor, and review user access, segregation of duties, change management, and other critical control points that protect the accuracy and integrity of public disclosures. Contribute to system auditing and compliance readiness.
  • Lead initiatives such as global rollouts, M&A integrations, and system upgrades, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, tested, documented, and compliant with internal controls.
  • Enforce and communicate NetSuite best practices and proper data governance, ensuring the platform's integrity, reliability, and compliance.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for complex NetSuite issues, collaborating with internal IT team or external support teams as needed.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and documentation for end-users, finance, operations, and supply chain personnel, ensuring proper system utilization.
  • Evaluate and manage integrations with third-party systems
  • Stay current on NetSuite releases, industry best practices, and evolving regulatory standards, proactively recommending process updates that maintain alignment with public company standards.
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.


Qualifications/Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar, and significant hands-on experience (5+ Years) administering NetSuite OneWorld in a public company setting. Or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics)
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes and standards
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse, global teams


Compensation/Benefits:

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.

Salary Range for this position is $101,430 - $114,458.
