ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The Leadership Development Program Manager brings a passion for developing leaders to this role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives focused on building the capabilities of current and future leaders. This role will sit in our Minneapolis headquarters location to collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure Inspire's leadership development program aligns with strategic goals and objectives. SALARY The salary for this position is expected to be between $118,500 - $167,300 and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
