ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Leadership Development Program Manager brings a passion for developing leaders to this role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives focused on building the capabilities of current and future leaders. This role will sit in our Minneapolis headquarters location to collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure Inspire's leadership development program aligns with strategic goals and objectives. Responsible for all aspects of program promotion and management.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

Assess Needs, Design and Implement Solutions

  • Conduct assessments to identify leadership development needs in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop, curate, and implement leadership development programs, including workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, based on defined need.
  • Create and update training materials and resources to support leadership development initiatives.
  • Build, manage and market a leadership development program to the organization's leaders and high potential employees.

Deliver Engaging Programs

  • Facilitate engaging and highly interactive leadership development programs and workshops focused on elevating leadership capabilities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to existing and emerging leaders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with development and pipeline strategy.
  • Engage leaders in the initiatives to foster support and advocacy of leadership initiatives

Program Evaluation and Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes and impact.

QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
  • Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Seven or more years of experience in leadership development, training, program management or other related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing leadership development initiatives in a dynamic organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver dynamic and engaging live virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency in using learning management systems and course authoring tools
  • Demonstrated understanding of learning design and adult learning theory.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a medical device or regulated industry preferred.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between $118,500 - $167,300 and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
