Area Manager | Full-time 2nd Shift | $1000 HIRING BONUS

We have an immediate need for an Area Manager to join our management team. This area manager will oversee accounts in the Milwaukee market.

This is a full-time, salaried, Monday Friday position with a daily start time of 2pm.

We offer a competitive starting salary, benefit package, and bonus plan for this entry level management position. $1,000 hiring bonus!

Individuals with previous supervisory experience managing employees in the retail or hospitality industries are encouraged to apply.

Qualified candidates will have experience building, mentoring, and motivating a service team of hourly employees to perform at their highest level and be committed to providing our customers with a consistently high level of service and our employees with a positive and rewarding work environment.

Job Requirements
1. Minimum three years experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
2. Minimum one-year experience in in the janitorial field.
3. High school diploma or GED.
4. Superior oral and written communication skills.
5. Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
6. Strong problem solving skills.
7. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
8. Valid drivers license, insurability and availability of a car.
9. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
