THE JOB:
MGM Resorts International believes that great talent is the cornerstone of success. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, recruit, and retain top talent. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, databases, and professional networking and screening.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Hiring Managers for assigned Divisions.
• Creates recruitment strategy for each requisition, manages recruitment process, and responsible for integrity and compliance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Familiarity with recruitment and employment software programs (e.g. ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Previous experience and success with full-cycle recruitment.
• Able to work in an-office setting in Springfield, MA; not a remote role.
