ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): Key Responsibilities: * Reconcile Load Plan Flight packets. * Enter Air Waybill information into Jet Stream. * Monitor and update flights in Blue One. * Track ULD's through Jet Stream. * Timely customer contact to update them of any irregular operations. * Assisting with missing freight. * Filing of completed Dangerous Goods, Live Animal paperwork and completed Flight packets. * Typing forms, reports, correspondence, and notes. * Performing routine clerical duties such as sorting, filing, relaying messages. * Other miscellaneous support duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment. * Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. * Must be able to type a minimum of (35) words per minute. * Familiar with standard office equipment * Highly organized, detail oriented, and exceptional phone etiquette required. * 1 year of customer service or cargo agent experience preferred. * Previous airline experience preferred. * Must be available to work 2300 - 0700, M-F COMPENSATION This FT position has a starting range of $18.68 - $22.41 per hour.
