POSITION DESCIRPTION: Winter Park Resort is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative, guest-centric marketing initiatives. The focus of this role is driving resort visitation, brand growth, and revenue in key areas such as lift tickets, passes, and lodging. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of integrated marketing, promotional strategies, business analytics, media strategy, execution, and optimization. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing impactful marketing plans, managing advertising campaigns, and uncovering growth opportunities through data-driven insights. This role will oversee a team of direct reports and report directly to the Director of Marketing. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. WAGE: The base salary range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resort's salary range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resort's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
